Shipping
We process and prepare orders for shipping within 1 to 2 business days (EXCLUDING weekends and holidays) from receipt of orders and ship our products via FedEx ONLY. For large or exceptionally heavy items an extra freight charge may be required. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may be charged additional shipping fees. You will be contacted via e-mail with shipping charges within 24 hours and your order will only be processed after you have approved the charges. Shipping addresses must be street addresses.

International Orders
You will be responsible for any VAT and/or any Custom charges required by your country in addition to shipping charges.

Free Shipping
All orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped VIA FedEx Ground/Home. We reserve the right to substitute free shipping methods without notice.
